Explore hidden caves and discover secluded beaches while paddling. Go snorkeling to places most people won’t be able to reach and dive into the turquoise waters. Paddle along the coastlines of Samos with our qualified sea kayak professional on a peaceful journey that will alleviate stress as you connect with nature’s wonders. An easy paced activity with wonderful results in upper body strength.

Cycle around the beautiful island of Samos. An activity that helps you focus on relaxing, enjoying the surroundings but most importantly on having fun!You will bike through some amazing scenery and enjoy the panoramic views of Samos as well as the neighboring islands. Cycle around mountains leading to vineyards, old orthodox chapels and traditional greek villages. Level of difficulty adjusted accordingly.

The best exercise always takes place in the outdoors. Samos offers footpaths with amazing views always holding your attention as the terrain constantly changes before you. From the beach, you will find yourself in the black pine tree forests and from there you will hike through the famous high altitude samian vineyards. So many exciting options to challenge yourself!

Want to increase your strength without breaking a sweat? Water aerobics is fun and suits all varied levels and abilities. This fun water workout burns a lot of calories and tones the whole body. This activity will work every muscle on your body while exploring the Samian coast that is full of life. Swimming is good for everyone, whether you are focusing on weight loss, building muscle or just relaxing and taking a breath of freedom. The motivating staff of the Greek Fitness Camp invite you on our guided snorkeling and swimming sessions in the crystal clear waters of the Aegean Sea.

It is always worth going off the beaten path when it comes to your fitness journey. Climbing is a great opportunity to sample the Greek Fitness Camp’s other offerings such as rappelling and canyoning. Push your adventurous limits, overcome your limiting beliefs, spend precious time on the mountains and train your whole body. Trust us.

CANYONING

The best exercise is the one that doesn’t feel like exercise. Rappelling in the dry canyons of Samos after having spent about 45’ hiking in the forest and amongst olive groves is what makes canyoning so much fun! After 5 hours of rappelling we arrive to one of the most exotic beaches of the island where we can enjoy a swim and a snack. Embrace your inner child and simultaneously exercise your body and soul!
